Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on payments for negative environmental impacts, which also prohibits the burning of unprocessed garbage. The relevant document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
In January, the State Duma adopted a bill on how to calculate the advance payment for negative environmental impact in the first reading.
