Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian spiritual leader Ali Khamenei met in Tehran. This is stated in a message released by the Iranian news agency Tasnim.
The talks were organized at the residence of the leader of the Islamic Republic and were closed to the press.
Earlier, Putin had a meeting with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, during which he discussed cooperation between Moscow and Tehran.
