Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed the readiness of President Vladimir Putin to hold talks on Ukraine.
"The readiness of Russia, including its president, for negotiations on Ukraine remains unchanged," he said in the documentary "The World on the Edge. Lessons of the Caribbean Crisis" on Channel One.
