Putin receives Kerry in Kremlin

A meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the US State Department, John Kerry, has started in the Kremlin. Earlier today John Kerry held talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Putin told Kerry that he had already received reports about the negotiations with Lavrov. "Today you held talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Minister Lavrov has already reported to me in detail about your proposals, and some of them require further discussion,’’ Interfax cites him as saying.
