Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on a new fiscal rule, as well as a merger of the Reserve Fund and the National Welfare Fund.
The text of the decree was placed on the official internet portal of legal information.
According to the document, the Reserve Fund's means should be transferred to the NWF by February 1, 2018.
