Russian President Vladimir Putin said that before introducing QR codes in transport, it is necessary to be sure of the readiness of the whole system.
According to him, the draft law on QR codes is of a framework nature and should be worked out, including at the regional level.
"The Russian authorities will try to prevent "any rash decisions" in the situation with QR codes", the Russian Head of state said during his speech at the meeting of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights.
