A spokesman for the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, has confirmed that Putin supported Dmitry Medvedev's proposal to reform the public administration system.
"Indeed, we had such a proposal. Indeed, President agreed to work it out. The work is being carried out now,’’ Tass cites President's press secretary.
