Russian President Vladimir Putin took part in an Immortal Regiment march on Monday to mark the 71st anniversary of the Soviet Union’s Victory over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, TASS reports
Putin who participated in the Immortal Regiment march for the second consecutive year carried the portrait of his father who had fought against fascists during the Great Patriotic War.
