A telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia has taken place. They discussed the problems of Syria, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"In a telephone conversation with the King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, President Putin continued to discuss Syrian problems,’’ RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
"The Russian president informed the monarch about the outcome of Bashar Assad’s recent visit to the Russian Federation," Dmitry Peskov added.
