The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov informed that the head of state, Vladimir Putin, may address the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in early 2021.
According to the Kremlin spokesman, this year, the address will not take place. "This year the event is not planned, at least for the moment,” Peskov said.
