Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to hold a number of international telephone conversations, including with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
"Putin will hold several international telephone conversations today. One of them has been announced earlier by our colleagues in Ankara, and it will be a conversation with Erdogan. We confirm it," Peskov told journalists.
Putin is holding practically every day telephone conversations with leaders of other countries and foreign politicians. On Thursday, he spoke over the phone with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
