The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that he never opposed the change of the constitutional order in Russia, but spoke about the power of President Vladimir Putin.
"If Vladimir Vladimirovich had been in power during the Soviet period, led the process, then the USSR would not have disintegrated," the head of Crimea explained.
In the opinion of Aksenov, certain forces took up arms against Russia.
