BATE Borisov beat Qarabag Azerbaijan 1-0 in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round in Baku on August 7.
The teams played at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium.
Stanislav Dragun's header in the first-half (36th minute) earned BATE a win, BelTA reported.
The return leg is due at Borisov Arena on August 14. Winners will play PSV Eindhoven in playoffs.
