Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said that representatives of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN will hold talks in Istanbul.
It is noted that the parties intend to discuss the situation with the export of grain.
"The military delegations of the defense ministries of Turkey, the Russian Federation and Ukraine and the UN delegation will hold talks in Istanbul tomorrow", he said.
