Qualification of teams in group exercises with three hoops and two pairs of clubs at the World Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics were held in Baku at the National Gymnastics Arena.
The best result was demonstrated by gymnasts from Bulgaria, who scored 25.3 points.
Gymnasts from Japan (24.35 points) and Ukraine (23.9 points) are also in the top three.
The teams from Italy (23.7 points), Belarus (23.35 points), China (23.15 points), Russia (22.9 points) and Finland (22.1 points) will also participate in the finals tomorrow.
Ayna Jafarova, Simara Jafarova, Gully Agalarzade, Naryn Gurbanova, Narmin Jahangirova and Sona Rakhmanova - the second composition of the national team of Azerbaijan, performing instead of the main team due to an injury of its captain Siyana Vasilyeva, scored 17.35 points.
More than 200 gymnasts from 39 countries are competing at the World Cup. During the event, 25 teams will compete in group exercises and more than 70 gymnasts will perform in individual programs.
