Rahman Mustafayev has been appointed Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia.
The relevant decree was signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
By another decree Rahman Mustafayev has been recalled from the post of Azerbaijan's ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
