The death in a Vienna prison of former ambassador of Kazakhstan to Austria, Rakhat Aliyev, was not of a violent character, according to a review conducted by specialists of the St. Gallen Institute of Forensic Medicine.
"There is no evidence of violence or poisoning,’’ RIA Novosti quotes the press secretary of the Vienna Prosecutor, Nina Bussek.
Thus, the original version of criminologists, according to which Rakhat Aliyev committed suicide, has been confirmed.
As Vestnik Kavkaza previously reported, the former ambassador of Kazakhstan to Austria was found dead in his cell in February this year.
