Rally in support of Armenia's seizure of Turkish, Azerbaijani and Georgian territories held in Moscow

The action "19:15," promoting the representation of the Turkish, Azerbaijani and Georgian territories as parts of the Republic of Armenia, is planned to be held today at 16:00 at the cathedral church of the Novo-Nakhichevan diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Moscow. It was organized by the Armenian Youth Association of Moscow, the Armenian Museum of Moscow and the Association of Armenians of Russia.

"The action will symbolize the history of the lost lands," its result will be "a live map, which will dynamically change during the live broadcast, depicting the resettlement of the Armenian population," the organizers said.

The map was published on the action billboard, it shows that a significant part of Turkey (where the Armenian population still lives) is represented as Armenian territories, Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Azerbaijani territories occupied by the Armenian army in Nagorno-Karabakh and around it, as well as Georgia's Samtskhe-Javakheti region (where the majority of inhabitants are Armenians).

Thus, the organizers of the action seek to support the expansionist ideas of the radical part of the ideologues of the Armenian diaspora and the authorities in Yerevan, aimed at capturing a large part of Armenia's neighboring countries and continuing the occupation of Azerbaijani territories.

It is important that all these organizations are registered in Russia and employ Russian citizens, but at the same time oppose the Russian position on the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia, provoking possible conflicts both at the civil, state and diplomatic level ( the Armenian Youth Association of Moscow's statutes says it directly - the organization defends and protects Armenia’s national interests). It is expected that Turkey and Azerbaijan, as strategic partners of Russia, will voice their protest against this action.

According to a unified information portal of Russian Azerbaijanis AZRU, appeals in connection with the provocative event have already been sent to the official bodies by the Federal National Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis of Russia and the regional non-governmental association 'Azerbaijan Community of Moscow.'

We want to emphasize that Armenians, Georgians and Azerbaijanis live peacefully in Russia among hundreds of other nations, and we do not understand how such an action, which will only increase inter-ethnic discord among Russian citizens, can be held in the capital.
