According to the jury's decision, today the head of the Republic of Dagestan Ramazan Abdullatipov was awarded with the Golden Pen of Russia 2016 for significant contributions, many works and publications.
A series of publications about analyze of international relations, were recognized by the journalistic community of the Russian Federation, chairman of the Russian Journalists Union Vsevolod Bogdanov said, announcing the jury's decision," RIA Dagestan reports.
