President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to appoint Ramin Guluzade the country’s first deputy minister of communications and high technologies.
Guluzade previously headed the Affairs Department of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The President awarded Guluzade with Tereqqi medal for his active participation in preserving and popularizing the country’s heritage, Trend reports.
