Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated officially Russian diplomats on their professional holiday today. He addressed the Russian Foreign Ministry on his page in VKontakte.
"I congratulate the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and all the employees of the department on the Day of Diplomat. The work of diplomats is extremely important for defending the interests of our Motherland in any region of the world, " he wrote on his page.
