The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has congratulated a Belarusian athlete of Azerbaijani origin Zabit Samedov who defeated Paul Slowinski at an international tournament in mixed martial arts Grozny Battle-13.
The competition took place yesterday at the Coliseum sports hall in Grozny.
