The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, during a meeting with the heads of the law-enforcement bodies of Chechnya advocated the rejuvenation of the personnel of the Interior Ministry.
"In order to maintain stability and order in the republic, first of all, you need to observe and maintain discipline among the staff of the Interior Ministry. We also need to rejuvenate the personnel of internal affairs bodies. Employees who have reached retirement age should be sent with honors to a well-deserved rest, and we should make way for young people," TASS quoted him as saying.
