Acting head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has received a delegation from Saudi Arabia headed by Minister of Saudi Arabia, Ahmed al-Khatib.
"Ahmed al-Khatib noted that the current relations between Russia and Saudi Arabia are at an extremely high level. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is implementing projects in Russia in the amount of more than $10 billion, RIA Novosti reports, referring to Ramzan Kadyrov’s post on Instagram.
