The Vice-President of Afghanistan, General Abdul Rashid Dostum, during his visit to Chechnya a few months ago, could not hold back tears when he saw the high level at which order in the region is maintained, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said.
"He travelled across the republic, visited everything – departments, construction sites. He could not believe it. Not just him. When officials from Moscow arrive who have not been here before, they ask: Are we really in Chechnya? Yes, you are in Chechnya, in the city of Grozny," RIA Novosti quotes Kadyrov as saying.
