“According to the decision of the board of directors of VimpelCom as of August 17, 2020, Rashid Ismailov is appointed as president of the company. Alexander Krupnov, who earlier held the position, moves to the position of a president’s advisor,” the company said.
Ismailov was working at the ministry since 2013 till 2018.
