The Head of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov has demanded to take all necessary measures in order to ensure safety of residents and guests of the republic.
"We are obliged to take all possible measures at the level of regions of the Russian Federation in order to strengthen antiterrorist safety,'' Interfax cites his statement at a meeting of the regional antiterrorist committees and Operational Headquarters.
