Despite numerous warnings by authorities, reckless Russian daredevils continue to flout the law in Dubai by illegally climbing skyscrapers around the city.
In a video posted on YouTube last week, a Russian couple is seen taking selfies and recording a 360-degee video atop a skyscraper Millennium Tower along Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road.
Certain parts of the video show Dmitriy Chernysh's girlfriend sitting on a very small platform while he stands on one side.They also moved to other areas of the skyscraper without any safety equipment, Khaleej Times reported.
