The reconstruction of the Nizami Ganjavi Park in Derbent will be financed by private donors. Over 20 million rubles will be spent on building pavilions, a tea house, fountain, children's club, a concert platform with 500 seats, sports grounds and reconstructing the Nizami Ganjavi monument and the amusement park, SKFO.ru reports.
Construction of roads has already started. Workers are drilling holes 260m deep to fill a pond covering 5.5 hectares with water. Up to 12 vehicles are being used in the process daily.
