A hotel hub with 1,500 rooms will be created in the Georgian capital in the coming years. It will be located in two skyscrapers. The state fully supports the project.
The Georgian authorities will provide all possible support for the construction of a hotel hub in Tbilisi, the Ministry of Economy informs.
The department noted that Central Park Towers, the largest hub in the region, will include 25 five-star hotels, which will be located in two 42-storey buildings.
The skyscrapers will also house record-breaking for Georgia penthouses, a casino, and an event hall.
The project provides for the opening of 7 premium-class establishments. One of them will be the first Michelin-starred restaurant in the region.
"It should be noted that projects of this type are significant not only in terms of investment. They are also creating new centers of attraction for tourism. Such an original project will be implemented for the first time in Georgia,”
