The press service of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) said that a record number of domestic tourists was registered during the New Year holidays in Russia.
"The Krasnodar region announced a number of more than 340 thousand tourists, ski resorts in Krasnaya Polyana were attended by 392.2 thousand people in the first 10 days of January. Kazan was visited by 133 thousand people, Veliky Ustyug by more than 36 thousand people," the press service noted.
