The Regional Centre of the Presidential Library was officially opened today in Grozny on the basis of the National Library of the Chechen Republic.
Now readers of the National Library of the Republic will have access to 420,000 electronic copies of archival documents, publications about Russian state history, theory and practice of law, the Russian language, as well as several thousand photo archives and news films, Grozny-Inform reports.
