The Spiritual Administration of Muslims (DUM) in Crimea has announced about the beginning of registration of everybody who wants to perform Hajj in Mecca.
The Vice-Premier of the Crimean government Ruslan Balbec said that this year Crimea will ask for an increase in quotas.
"Last year the holy places were visited by 322 people from Crimea, but this year we intend to increase the quota up to 600 people," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
