Speaking at the international festival TEKNOFEST in Baku, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Azerbaijan on the Independence Day.
"I am glad to be in Azerbaijan on the country's Independence Day. I thank the Azerbaijani people for their sincere hospitality. We are holding the TEKNOFEST festival in Baku, the pearl of the Caspian Sea, under the motto "One nation, two states," Trend quotes him as saying.
He recalled that this year Azerbaijan and Turkey celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. He added that the unity of the two countries is strengthening every year.
