Remains of 23 victims killed in the Boeing airliner crash in the Russian southern city of Rostov-on-Don in March have been handed over to relatives, the regional authorities said on Friday citing Russia’s Transport Minister Maksim Sokolov.
"Death certificates are issued since May 18. In recent days 45 death certificates have been issued and remains of 23 victims have been handed over to relatives," Sokolov said.
