Relatives of the 33 victims in the plane crash of Kogalymavia in Egypt have received bodies for burials, the vice-governor of St. Petersburg Igor Albin said.
"Relatives of the victims are in St. Petersburg. They have to go through all procedures on execution of the document and submit DNA samples,’’ Gazeta.ru reports.
