The road in the Elbrus district repaired after the mudflow was washed out once again, this time from rain, the press service of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kabardino-Balkaria reported.
”As a result of heavy rain and mudflow and associated with it water level rise in the flood plain of the Baksan River, the previously repaired part of road length 30 m was completely washed out on 84th km of the federal road A-158 Prohladny-Azau,’’ Interfax-South reports.
