The police have detained a local resident of Nalchik in Kabardino-Balkaria after he managed to steal 17 new brake pads for rail carriages from a maintenance service.
According to the traffic police, the thief was a 27-year-old unemployed resident of Nalchik. After the detention, all the rail property was returned, Caucasus Today reports.
