A 37-year-old local resident has been arrested in Stavropol, suspected of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm, the press service of the regional police office reports.
The incident took place in late January during a feast. Two participants had a quarrel, which resulted in one of them biting off a piece of the ear of his 34-year-old friend.
Now the resident of Stavropol is under house arrest, 1777.ru writes.
