Law enforcement officials have detained a 29-year-old resident of Stavropol at Mineralnye Vody airport in Karachay-Cherkessia. It is known that she was put on the federal wanted list on charges of insulting a public official.
"A woman brought to the Investigation Department of Insurance of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia has given a written undertaking not to leave the place chosen as a preventive measure,’’ UGA cites the press service of the State Ministry of Internal Affairs.
