A man who failed to hijack a car, but found another and hijacked it, has been detained in Stavropol Territory.
According to the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs, the previously convicted resident of the village of Sovetskaya saw an unlocked car and attempted to hijack it by means of rolling the vehicle back. Then he made a second attempt to hijack another vehicle with an ignition key in the ignition lock.
