In order to promote the tourism industry in the country, Iran has cancelled the need for visas for citizens of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. Residents of Lebanon, Bolivia, Egypt and Syria can also visit Iran without visas.
"Now tourists from Turkey, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Bolivia, Egypt and Syria can travel to Iran without visas," Trend reports referring to the newspaper Kayhan.
