The personnel and the administration of Dagestanenergo of the Kirov district decided to colour the water of the heating system green with the help of with a special reagent. Then they went round and found the flat that received the heating water. It is reported relevant cases were drawn up against three offenders, the portal of the North Caucasus reports.
