Southwesterly winds are to start in the mountainous areas of Dagestan tonight. Gusts may reach 15-20 m/s, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic reports.
"It is expected that this weather is to last until 7pm on February 26th. Residents of mountainous areas are advised to be vigilant and extremely careful," RIA Dagestan cites the head of the republican Ministry of Emergency Situations Tamila Gazimagomedova.
