The Resorts of the North Caucasus company plans to invest 7 billion rubles in the development of the tourist and recreational complex 'Elbrus' up to 2020 to built modern chairlifts and equip ski slopes, the head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Yury Kokov, said.
The complex is almost ready for the 2015-2016 ski season, SKFO.ru reports.
