Mitigation of restrictive measures in Moscow may take place by mid-May if the burden on health is reduced, the city mayor, Sergei Sobyanin said.
He specified that in this case, a margin of safety will appear to provide people with quality medical care.
According to Sobyanin, work is underway in the Russian capital to create a vaccine against coronavirus.
