Supporters of the protest movement 'Rise, Armenia!' intend to block Government House in Yerevan on September 4, so that employees of the ministries are not able to get to their workplaces. One of the leaders of movement, Andreas Ghukasyan, shared these plans.
According to him, September 4 will mark 40 days since the start of the protest on the central square, and 'Rise, Armenia!' would like to celebrate that date.
