Riyadh orders international banks to disclose financial statements

Saudi Arabia’s investment banking regulator Capital Market Authority (CMA) ordered international banks to publicly disclose financial statements to boost transparency.

Financial institutions must publish the information on their websites from April 1, Bloomberg reports with reference to the regulator. 

Only 12 local banks must disclose financial statements now.
