Road accident kills both drivers in Yerevan

Two people died and three others were injured as a result of a major road accident as a Lexus and a Mercedes collided yesterday evening in Yerevan.

Both drivers died on the spot while three passengers suffered severe injuries and were hospitalized.

Rescue squads were dispatched to the scene, shamshyan.com reported, adding that the rescuers removed the Mercedes’ driver out of the vehicle by using special equipment.
