The roads of the Kuban and the Rostov Region have been cleared of snow - the emergency services and public utilities have restored traffic, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry reports.
"In the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region, there are no restrictions on the roads, the movement is resumed, the clearing of the roadway continues," TASS reports with a reference to the Emergency Ministry’s report.
There are problem areas on the route Rostov - Stavropol, where there is a congestion of transport, the movement of the passenger buses is restricted, the Ministry of Emergency Situations added.
